The best advice I’ve ever received was to get off of social media completely. I followed that advice except for YouTube, which I only use for positive and educational purposes and travel videos. I cannot even begin to explain how much better my life is without Facebook, Instagram, etc. Social media can be SO toxic. I’m living my real life again and I feel so much more balanced.
