Leah McNamara is a high school math teacher with both AP and IB math experience - she has taught AP Calculus AB and BC, AP Statistics, and IB Math SL and HL. She is active in both the AP and IB educator communities and works to make sure her students develop a strong understanding of the material in order to quickly and easily apply their knowledge to new situations. Emphasizing the why​ behind the mathematical procedures in higher-level math courses has helped her students find success both on their AP and IB exams as well as in their college math courses. While she loves all high school math, Calculus might be her favorite and she is excited to be able to work through the AP Calculus syllabus with you.
