These lag relationships are some of the most confusing stuff I've studied for the PE exam. Really great workout for your brain.

Excellent. My brain cells were liquifying trying to remember the FF with lag process. This was extremely helpful and clear.

Using the Gantt chart as support is very useful!! Great idea to link both methods, Thanks!

Finish to Finish is a Logical Relationship in which a Successor Activity cannot finish until a Predecessor Activity has finished. In simple words we can say that, the Finish of a Successor Activity is Dependent on Finish of the Predecessor Activity

Thanks for the video. One question. The FF relationship means, B must finish exactly when A is finished or B can finish no later (so earlier) than A is finishend? Thanks.

Great analogy Sir, but as a college educator in Literature and speech, monitor your voice at the rate at which you are speaking. You are speaking much too fast to deliver a lecture, especially when dealing with technical material. Slow down, and take periodic breaths in between dialog. Conversational: between 120 wpm and 150 wpm. Fast: more than 160 wpm. ... Auctioneers and commentators speak between 250 to 400 wpm. I timed your lecture and you were speaking at 213 words per minute. Nonetheless, great analogy on FF with lag. From curriculum - George Mason University: "When you speak too fast, you do the same thing with your spoken words. You don't leave any nice spaces of silence between phrases and sentences, thus making your listeners work too hard, consequently causing the information to pass-through the audience and not absorbed into the minds of your audience.
