Hooray for engineers! Here are 7 reasons why I love being an engineer. After I filmed, I could already think of others. Let me know why YOU love being an engineer or what you love (or don't love 😅) about engineers if you know any.

Great video! I think it’s essential to surround yourself with people who are smarter than yourself for self-improvement. At the beginning of my journey, I thought continual learning sounded scary (Improve or become irrelevant). It’s actually not that scary and it’s part of what makes being an engineer fun!

After watching the video here are some additional reasons why I love being an engineer:

~ Engineers in the fields of software and technology are handsomely paid.
~ During the pandemic software engineers can easily adapt to working from home full time.
~ It is a field that won’t be antiquated any time soon or at least until AI takes over.
~ When analyzing, problem solving or troubleshooting it exercises your creativity. There are more than 1 path to a solution. You mentioned this in another video.
~ Engineering is a field that is widely encouraged. There are coding dojos for young students popping up everywhere at least in Southern California.
~ More companies are offering full remote positions. This gives new hires an opportunity to work from wherever they like such as being close by family members or relocating to another city that has lower cost living.
~ You sound cool when someone asks you “What do you do for living?” at a party.

It is always interesting to listen to you. We don't know what videos you are going to make next but I think you would be a great teacher explaining things. As you had an EE major you can make specific videos on specific courses that cover a semester or so on, which can help a lot of people. We would be really grateful if you continue to share your knowledge and experiences through these what you have already started. Thank you and best wishes 🙂🙂

I'm in my first semester of college and I want to be an electrical engineer

I worked with theoretical engineers who never used a electrical meter. I never understood what they do or know. Respect.

I am just beginning my journey towards getting a masters in electrical engineering. I haven't even started engineering courses but could not relate more with the points you've made. Watching this video has made me even more excited to pursue my dream of working in a biomedical company as an electrical engineer. Thanks for your videos!

Hello miss. I’m a fresh graduated EE student. I wanted to continue master class. But I’m still struggling myself that I’m not qualify enough. I do need your guide. Thanks in advanced.
