When he's on his second phase I recommend recalling on his icicles, they bring you all the way to the top and that gives you a lot of bullet time to kick hiss ass, not to mention you're above the storm cloud he created so you won't get hit with the icicles and lightning

I found this guy in the Depths. I didn't even know he was above ground too until I saw videos.
The King Gleeok in the Depths have large statue pillars to hide behind that made fighting him a breeze.

A multi-shot bow and the Thunder helmet is the perfect combo for this. Those 2 will get you through this fight with such ease.

You guys let him second phase? I just stun him whenever he get back up so he never went to the second phase

second phase you can stand on a ice and reverse it, goes over the cloud for a clear shot

I discovered this guy by accident pretty early in the game and got absolutely smoked by him.

I defeated one above the Eventide Island without realizing that it is a King Gleeok.

When Kilton wanted a pic of a King Gleeok, I thought that it would be something bigger and stronger than the one above Eventide. Didn’t realize that it was a King one after googling where King Gleeoks are.

Easier said than done, it takes more than one attempt if it’s your first time… also having a moderately strong weapon MATTERS! Other wise you’ll run out of less eyeballs. Make sure to hard save before the fight!

I broke all my good weapons and bows and died and ran out of all arrows and got rid of all meals, I’m getting revenge, all of them… will perish before me… one…by…one

I just ascend through the stones and use my bow when I jump off.

when he’s pounding you high in the air with his elemental attacks i recommend recalling the icicles he sends down to you

As backup you may want some gibdo bones, they can instantly knock down a head in one shot with most bows

I stay flying with stamina meals and keep firing my 5 shot bow

I keep seeing ppl showing all of these boss tactics and cheeses and I always think to myself, they gave us all a max of 40 heart's for a reason, and the best tactic is to just make progress through the game, it's good to enjoy the masterpiece that is totk.
