Google should give us a proper theme engine for developers and consumers. This is 2 fiddly and not much of a solution.

The guys behind Swift substratum themes recently released an app called Swift Installer. It's $2 in the app store, but it is SO worth it. It allows you to theme all apps, normally themable through substratum, but allows you to change the color schemes on the fly without needing to download, or pay for, other themes through the appstore. It's currently in beta so there are a few things that need work, like choosing more colors through the app, as it only has 10 that are selectable for accents, and 6 selectable for backgrounds, but if you know the hex code for a color, you can input it and still choose whichever color you want either way. I love it, and best of all, it does not need substratum to work as it is its own installer! Just thought I'd share.

Samsung phones have these themes on theme store, why doesn't Google have something like that.

What's the difference between skin and custom theme

I followed the steps, and I have successfully connected andromeda with substratum. I dowloaded some dark theme, and when I do build&enable, the phone starts the build process, and when it's done, there is no change in theme. Not even if I restart the phone and also in substratum manager, there is nothing.
I'm using Razer phone (android 8.1.0)
