Fun fact: The Deadpool with lightsabers was Kidpool, as Kidpool had lightsabers in the comics. Plus, it looks like we would've gotten the original deadpool corps members in the movie. In the closeup of Daredevil, you can see Championpool (the guy with blue skin in the background), along with the appearing Lady D, Kidpool, Dogpool and Zombie Dead(Head)pool

The biggest takeaway from this is they knew RDJ was gonna be dr doom for a quite a while since they were talking about it while deadpool and wolverine was filming. I was worried about this being a last second decision but now I feel better they will actually have a good story. Also that nic cage flash cameo was so cringe.

It would have been cool seeing Nicolas Cage as Ghost Rider standing on the side with Wesley Snipes Blade and Hugh Jackman Wolverine. Hopefully we could get it in Secret Wars plus add Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man to this interaction

They should’ve at least made Walker like a different variant of Deadpool besides Kidpool. Cause come on it was his dream to be in a Deadpool movie. There is even a clip of Walker doing the intro for Deadpool 2 on the set of Adam Project

The avengers cameo is the one that would’ve made the most sense and would’ve been the best but you can’t have the avengers without RDG and I guess they didn’t want him coming back into the MCU just for a little cameo especially not before his big reveal as dr doom
