Adding a chatbot to our natural language Bike tracking app!

@ArtsyPowerApper shows how to add additional functionality to the app we did earlier. Why not a bike trail finder?! That seems like something useful to people borrowing and returning bikes in our apps. We can add that chatbot in a SNAP! It's so easy.
