This is primarily a mental health based channel which aims to help provide relief from stress & anxiety. Sean has over 15 years experience as a Sound Engineer/Musician & is also a qualified Social Worker. Kris is professional videographer, photographer, and digital media specialist with over 15 years experience in the industry.

All audio is produced by ourselves. Video footage is either filmed by ourselves or we have collaborated with another nature videographer. We do not add commentary over the top of our nature recordings as it can detract from the relaxation experience. However, we do post behind the scenes videos/images on our community page & Instagram if you are curious about how we make our videos.

We edit, mix, & master audio in Protools & edit video with Adobe suite. We currently film with a Sony a6300, Lumix G80, GoPro Hero 7, & an iPhone X. We record audio with a Zoom H5 & Tascam DR05.

Typical work flow includes:

✅ Filming video & recording audio
✅ Editing the video & audio
✅ Testing the audio on different playback systems
✅ Final edit & master

This is being used as the inspiration for a scene in the book. I’m writing where a character sits on the beach and talks to his baby sibling while they listen to the waves crash against the rocks and they just enjoy the sunrise together.. All The while he is grappling with his survivors, guilt over losing his older brother in a war, they had fought together.
