Man, the amount of nostalgia I have for this trailer and game is immense. I truly do miss these times, so damn much. No matter what anyone says, the Wii U era was a special time for me.

Looking at this trailer, the most amazing thing I see is just how little changed in terms of locations or designs between this and the final game. It's one of the rare, wonderful times that everything promised in an early trailer is actually given to us in the final game

Coming back all this time later, it's quite interesting to hear The Key We've Lost considering they ultimately used that track for the final boss fight lmao

It's also cool to see that much of the terrain was finalized by that point, the geography and layouts seem nearly identical to the final game

Also interesting to see that the Zu Pharg must have been one of their oldest ideas; would have been interesting to fight it in Cauldros instead of Sylvalum, but oh well
