If you have storm and earth quake as same time. There is high chance you have very big underground lake right under your feet. When fill up the lake will baloon up expand soil upper make a crack which mean earth quake.

Just called my big bro in Ventura Ca he said they all good nothing to be worried about. I was calling when I my wife told me and earthquake hit Ventura I was dayum hurricanes and earthquakes all in SUR Califas.
