Please get facts straight!! After Newey 's surprise departure, the RB 20 picked up serious setup problems. As the RB team did not have enough 'wind tunnel' time, they decided to use Checo to test upgrades so that Max could fight for his fourth championship.
Fact!!
1) If Checo was given the same car as Max to drive, the RB team would have won the 2024 WCC.
2) If Checo did not have 4 X DNF's that was not his fault, the RB team would have won the 2024 WCC.
If Lawson followed team orders not to race the senior team, the RB team would have won the 2024 WCC.
So! If the truth be told, it's the RB teams fault that Checo performed badly as he was used to help the team and Max win his 2024 WDC.
