Oh! Last night (after indulging in 2 glasses of sparkling wine, admittedly) I was swept in a daydream of picking a direction, any direction, and going on a road trip. And in my mind, that road trip was a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance, and finally, _finally_ a way for me to achieve peace of mind.

I've been dancing around reading this book for forever, and it's no coincidence that this video showed up on my dash, or at least _I_ don't think it is - perhaps I should take The Alchemist with me to read in the dilapidated diners I'll undoubtedly stop at on my road trip; to fill the time in the small hours as I'm waiting for the sun to rise, perched on the hood of the car with a travel mug full of lukewarm gas-station coffee.

Sounds about right, doesn't it?
