At least 27 people have been killed and 17,000 people rescued from flood-hit areas of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as heavy rain lashes the states for the third consecutive day. Over 100 trains have been cancelled due to waterlogging on the tracks. The IMD has issued a red alert for the coastal areas of the region for the next five days
