Kairosoft Dream Town Story quick review:
Newest town simulator game from Kairosoft. Formerly known as Hakke Yard Towns (箱庭タウンズ) in Japanese. Feels like Venture Town, with lots of extra micro management element.
In this first video gameplay, I managed to increase the town rank as well as obtain a new area.

Can someone tell me how to access the scratch card and other items in general inventory? I can only see them through clicking on a person, or on a building; neither of those will accept general items. I see something about an Info Center in a few searches but I have no buildings called that ):
