Would love to know the ratio of white sugar to brown sugar.

Hi I have a question. I don’t have any white sugar at home, only brown. Your recipe says 1/2 cup of white and 1/2 cup of brown. So if I use 1 cup of brown sugar instead will it still turn out okay?
