This is the ORIGINAL Voice of Gladiator (Shi'ar Praetorian Guard) from the Episode of X men TAS - Phoenix Saga Part 3.
This episode has been re-dubbed, and the later release sees a different voice actor for Gladiator (More angry and overt villain-like). I prefer the Original, (Calm and Menacing) which more suited to his absolute strength and invulnerability.

Gladiator threw Juggernaut across the Atlantic Ocean and Wolverine STILL wants all the smoke lol. Gladiator's display of strength is still one of the best examples of power projection I have seen in animation because Juggernaut was unstoppable in our eyes at the time.

I remember when I saw this episode back in 1994 Fox Kids, when I saw Juggernaut was about to punch him I thought Gladiator was gonna get hurt but then when I saw that the punch didn't even budge Gladiator; my friends and I were like "Whoa!" LOL.

This scene was hilarious to me, they introduced Gladiator with him flying into Earth with a strong presence and looking all cool and strong, trying to check everyone present, throwing Juggernaut across the ocean sea, then soon after, Phoenix/Jean comes to save the day and checks him and reminds him "there's always someone bigger and badder" and tosses him into space, like bye bye. 🤣😂

When I first saw this scene as a kid, I was like, did Juggernaut really just get thrown halfway around the earth with one arm😮? Gladiator didn't even tense up. He was like, "You're not in this episode anymore."

I find it a little funny he BELIEVED he had the power to do that to Juggernaut. Nobody tell him that Gladiator is dependent upon his self-esteem. If he doubts himself. He's as weak as a newborn kitten.
