Nice video! I do hope you guys will get more Likes and subscribers, since unlike DangerVille, you didn't half-ass your research and you didn't blur the line between projections and fan-original content when you made this vid. :)
If I might provide some of my thoughts, including some things I disagree with and constructive criticism (I hope you don't mind that sort of stuff):
One overarching thing across Timelines B and C that I disagree with you on is that I think you overestimate the ORCA's ability to control and herd the Titans. Throughout the film proper, the ORCA was mainly only used to wake the Titans up before Ghidorah took control and then to disrupt Ghidorah's control over them, with Ghidorah's former army converging on Boston being an unintended side-effect. The eco-terrorists never got the chance to see if the ORCA would be as effective as Emma assumed at actually corralling the Earth Titans, plus the redacted text in the KotM end credits heavily implies that the Hollow Earth civilisation was destroyed because they likewise attempted to control the Titans by mimicking their bio-acoustics and it went horribly wrong for them.

3:51 I like how you briefly address there how the enslaved Earth Titans' ecosystem-regenerating effects could clash with Ghidorah's all-destroying storms before the ecosystems are all annihilated.
4:12 TBH, I'm not sure if the storm barrier around Skull Island would do anything to hide its presence from Ghidorah at all - if anything, I think it might do the opposite, since from what we see in the film, Ghidorah is literally biologically designed to live inside superstorms and navigate the globe while enveloped in them, and Ghidorah has a strong affinity for stormy weather. And whilst Skull Island is remote, I do think, given Monsterverse Ghidorah's behaviour, it would actively seek out the island the moment it sensed the presence of another Alpha Titan on the island so it could eliminate the threat to its dominance.
4:27 Whilst I can imagine humanity might try making a better Oxygen Destroyer type weapon as the situation with Ghidorah gets dire, especially since the prototype did manage to severely cripple the true King of the Monsters himself, I think they would use it against Ghidorah's Titan army instead of using it on Ghidorah specifically, since the prototype's results demonstrated that Ghidorah's biology simply isn't susceptible to the O.D. rather than it being a case of "Ghidorah overcame the effects through strength, " and they'd figure that crippling Ghidorah's soldiers if not the evil King himself would have to count for something.
4:58 I love how there's this sort of unspoken agreement among the 'Godzilla' fanbase that Monsterverse Ghidorah is a serial planet-killer just like the original incarnation rather than just an invasive super-species that wound up on Earth by accident and probably never saw more than one other planet max before Earth.
5:34 Since each Titan has their own unique frequency, and since the Russells would be trying to use the ORCA to specifically command each one to back off, I doubt they'd be able to repel more than a couple of the Earth Titans from reaching Boston; even without the fact that Ghidorah would likely hunt down and slaughter the Russells within minutes once Ghidorah heard the ORCA broadcasting.
6:52 Since Godzilla is an Alpha Titan coupled with my paragraph above about the ORCA, I doubt they'd be able to just tell Godzilla where to go and Godzilla would just obey them like a trained dog, not unless Godzilla had grown to deeply trust his human allies during his recuperation on Skull Island.
7:44 I wouldn't mind at all if you did a continuation of this specific Timeline C, covering how what happened here would have changed the events of 'Godzilla vs. Kong' in this timeline, since in this timeline Godzilla and Kong are already kinda brothers-in-arms after defeating Ghidorah together, which would likely affect their interactions when Godzilla is pursuing Mechagodzilla's signal around the world or might even affect Apex's plan when it's in development.

One other criticism I have is that your use of the triad concept at the beginning, while educational, came across as quite patronising - we all know what a 'what if' scenario is and what a butterfly effect is. You probably could have done to shorten that intro significantly to just summarise the concept and its little-known elements.

Still, this was a really good video, and I hope you guys do more Monsterverse what-if's in the future. :)
