FBI Recommends No Charges Against Hillary Clinton

The FBI recommends no charges against Hillary Clinton. Although there's evidence that she sent and received classified information—thus proving she lied—they do not feel as though there is sufficient evidence proving her intent. Still, the FBI admitted that in most cases, there are penalties for this type of behavior, but has decided to allow Hillary to get away with breaking the law, because she's Hillary. This affirms that there are two justice systems in the United States: one for the rich and one for the poor.

Let's all remember that Hillary Clinton thinks Edward Snowden is a criminal for exposing classified information, and would prosecute him because of it. Let that sink in.

Bryan Nishimura is a marine that mishandled classified information. He was put on probation, fined $7, 500, and was stripped of his security clearance. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton mishandled over 100 classified emails (excluding ones that were retroactively classified), and she gets to run for president. The fact that there isn't even a recommendation of an indictment is absolutely shocking, and sheds light on the fact that we live in a two-tiered justice system: one where the poor get prosecuted for breaking laws, and another where the rich face no repercussions—and are even rewarded—for breaking laws.

justice is blind, but it can smell money and minorities.

Congratulations on the nomination HRC. I am from Michigan and I will not
be voting for you in November. I will either be voting for Bernie
Sanders, or Donald Trump. I do not agree with the vast majority of
Trumps policy positions, however the DNC needs to be shown a lesson that
if you lie, cheat, and swindle in order to get your candidate to be the
nominee, you will lose.

HRC, you can now stop pretending to be progressive and pivot as far right as you possibly can back to your true self.

Then what's the point of laws if there's no consequences for them. Politicians are going to keep doing this without consequences

The French used the guillotine to deal with situations like this. There are historical precedents for dealing with the super rich who are above the law.

We donated, we supported and we voted. None of it matters because democracy has fallen and we now are under an oligarchy.

I can easily imagine the GoP Attack ads, "Would you trust Hillary Clinton with YOUR information???"

"Would you trust someone who was described as 'extremely careless' by the head of the FBI???"

As someone who has spent time going through government agency records at the National Archives in College Park, MD, I can attest to the minutiae of paperwork kept; the miscellaneous scraps of paper was mind-boggling. And for someone who has been involved in government on some level for the length of time Hillary has, it's hard to believe that level of "carelessness" in record keeping was unintentional. Come November, we will get the president we deserve, not the president we need.

This is so unbelievable, a real slap in the face to American citizens. As your neighbour (Canadian) I feel for you.

When she instructed her employee to alter the classification of a document so she can receive it by email, wasn't that intent?

what a coincidence that in the morning she was found not guilty and this afternoon Obama is campaigning with her. What are the chances that both knew ahead of time to make it their campaigning that afternoon. hmm!

I am in riot mode.

People are in prison for life for doing less. Something needs to be done about this. Seriously, this is a grave injustice.
