Libya floods leave thousands feared dead - BBC News

Thousands of people are feared dead after a powerful storm triggered devastating flooding in Libya.

The leader of the east Libyan government, which is not recognised internationally, said deaths exceeded 2,000 and thousands were missing.

Widespread flooding and mudslides caused by torrential rain destroyed many roads and homes.

That was the same storm that devastated Greece, especially the Thessaly region. That same storm caused thousands to be dead or missing. Shows the difference per region that a natural disaster can bring. Prayers to Libya, they've suffered a lot 🙏
