Rear flash problem in my new Oukitel k3

Phone bought one month ago and everything was right but suddenly the rear flash doesn't work.

me too, and i bought mine in may 2018, yesterday it completely died no more oukitel for me

The problem that we have to deal with is by replacing the flexible cable on which the flash is, if it's exactly how this part is called or where it has to be bought, let me know .. thanks

This is exactly the same problem I have with this phone. I bought it two weeks ago.

same problem here.. it happened to me on the 1st day i bought the phone and updated to newer version from firmware update.
the back flashlight doesnt work anymore after the update.

cant even contact oukitel to fix this stupid issue.

i sadly have to say that i think there's no solution to this but to repair it.
