Doing this every day as a workout challenge:
start: 5'5 and 200 lbs
Day 1: ✅ very out of breath but made it through! drank a lot of water lol
Day 2: ✅ i feel a bit sore from yesterday but still managed to finish. i was fine until the backstreet boys and then i lowkey fell apart lol
