Motor Unit:
Motor unit is a group of all the muscle fibers supplied by same neuron. Number of fiber in a motor unit depends on how much precision is needed in movement of that muscle. And fibers from neighboring motor units overlap with each other.

Thank goodness there is someone making videos that knows how to explain using verbal and visual cues accurately. I was searching through several videos and finding a video that not only labeled the motor unit in the video but also "circled/highlighted" where and what a motor unit is how its identified/works. Thank you. Subscribed now and will be looking here first for answers.
