@sunita gupta, your concept is not clear. Fluid flow in ascending and descending limbs of both LOH
and vasa recta is in same direction. Please draw a nephron with vasa recta and tell me how antiparallel fluid movements occur
in same limb of VR and LOH.
Explanation for u: blood>glomerulus>efferent arterioles>VR>towards inner medulla, as descending LOH run.
Although she couldn't explain properly but her diagrams are correct.
