I've matched my answer copy of FR and SFM with the suggested answers by icai and I have found 2-3 answers exactly same as mentioned in suggested answers, still crossed by examiner. Few answers were awarded very less marks because of theory even though points and numerical data are matching.
Sir but you said very true and now I have accepted it. Because there is no point of blaming, we will be just hitting an axe on our own foot.

Actually I can't focus on my study because in may'22 i score 394 in CA Final and one que of 8 marks is 100% match with suggested but whole que. is ❌ . Due to which i will be reappear in NOV'22.
I was given surity to my parents that I have been passed after giving exam in May and at the time of result i even can't in a position to tell them i failed due to a small margin of 6 marks.
When I see my certified copies atleast 20-25 marks(in all 8 subjects) can be easily increased if copies are correctly evaluated.
When I again start my study a thought comes in my mind even out of 25 only 6 marks given to me then today I am a. CA.

It's futile to expect anything from ICAI especially examination reforms After 3 years of protest we are still standing at the same juncture from where the protest began I don't know what happened to the exam reforms committee .

The only thing in our hand is to give our best shot and clear with flying colours coz will never let 39(4) to get repeal and more or less these things will happen in future too.
Coz of these shortcomings of institutes the enrollment rate has fallen down drastically and it's seriously alarming.

Sir why has the ICAI started releasing its suggested this late. The suggested comes after the last day of exam form filling. If they start providing suggested immediately after the exams, every teacher can immediately take action if there is any wrong solution coming up.
Even I got zero in this question but it didn't pinched me as much as it is pinching someone who has failed in SFM or who was expecting an exemption in SFM. I scored 54 in this subject and qualified as a CA in this attempt. But whatever you said is absolutely true we just can't change the system unless we are on top of it, all we are left with is just to accept the system the way it is.

Dec 21 same thing happened with me but i complelety ignored this and started preparing for may 22 and finally passed.Deliberately suggested ans issued lately the reason behind this is student will be under pressure for preparation for next attempt and no students will support at that time but my request to all students please raise your voice because ye aise hi may nov aata rhega kam se km mere junior ko to help hoga 🙏

you have really appreciated online valuation of examination and said that there will be no biasness just see the copies biasness is atleast understandable in theory subjects but now we seeing biasness in the practical subjects as well someone getting marks for BETA question and others getting 0 marks even when is answer was matching.

Exactly, May 22 Final, in Audit I got MCQs 26 marks and 10 Marks in Theory.

Same happened with me with tax paper. I had consulted with some CA's and my teachers and they have said me the same what neeraj sir is saying. I had left that topic and started preparing for Nov22. Nothing we can Do!!! So sad

Once I was proud student of proud institute THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT OF INDIA but due to all this mhan system I took step and now I am pursuing US CPA and within 7 month I cleared my 2 section of US CPA I hope remaining 2 section I will be able to complete within short period.Please it's your life take a decision wisely because I know icai is not going to do anything.
