About The Outpost Series
Talon is a survivor. The last of the Blackblood race, she also endured the destruction of her entire village by a gang of brutal missionaries. Years after that life-defining attack, she travels to a lawless fortress along the edge of the civilized world, tracking the individuals who killed her family. As she makes the journey, she discovers that she possesses a mysterious supernatural power that she must now learn to control, not only to save herself but to defend the world against the tyranny of a fanatical religious dictator.

The Outpost is an upcoming drama TV series. It was acquired by Syfy's international channels (like Syfy (Germany) and Syfy (UK and Ireland)) for an international airing and was also acquired by The CW for an airing in the US set to premiere on July 10, 2018.

its like a relic from the past few glorious decades of fantasy shows like Xena, Hercules and Legend of the Seeker,
if it wasn't for the weekly wait for new episodes i'd think Outpost was a 00s show, and i love that about it!

This looks like it would be fun to watch with someone who enjoys it almost too much and then you start to like it and by the end you forget its kinda cheesy, because its not got the biggest budget, but it was fun overall and you enjoyed your time.

Seems super low budget, but the casting makes up for it. Not only is the lead lady gorgeous, but she's a good actress and really creates a lovable character. Kind of reminds me of Xena back in the day...she was hot but there was a lot more to her and good acting...the show was really cheesy but the cast could still win ya over, that's what this show is like too IMO.

lmfao i'm so done, this guard just backed up when she swung, he could've easily blocked and done a right spin and chopped her head off or swung into her sword and her weak ass would've most likely not been able to handle it since she's half assed swinging that shit with 1 hand and somehow over powering trained men, and she does kicks like she's about to lose balance and they somehow get knocked down on the ground as if the rock just launched at him, smh this show's gonna die out just for the baked half assed realism

Hopefully it has something different to Shannara Chronicles. I stopped watching that halfway through the first series - I find the books better. Holding out hope for the Outpost! The story already sounds more interesting than the Shannara Chronicles!
