Hi Nathan, I've been watching your channel for about a year now, and since I am a skilled cabinet maker, I find it very interesting. Since before you moved your saw mill I have watched how you stack your timber. I am 20 years older than you and I had to learn the hard way "How to work smart". Example when you stack your timber, why don't you use Mr. Kato to lift up your pallet so that you don't have to bend over so much. With time your back will come back to haunt you. The same way when you are using your edger. Use two more saw horses at the end of the edger so you won't have to carry them so far or have to bend down and pick them up. When you''re done drive Mr. Kato with your pallet over and stack your lumber. I don't mean it to be insulting, but believe me starting at 40 you notice your age more and more. Even worse as a one man company you can't afford to get sick.

It is amazing and very impressive. Incredible how you have grown in the past five years with upgrade of sawmill, tractors, equipment, excavator, additional land, and now two new buildings. Evidently you are excellent in financial management and marketing..The next five years should be more profitable without large capital outlays. Your video productions are also excellent, both in camera usage and editing. No doubt, you have inspired a number of new sawyers, making Woodmizer happy. AND, to top it off, you will soon have over 200k subscribers making a lot of view looking forward to your next project and production.

Hello Nathan
I am not the one who tells a hard working man how to do his work.
But you stack your boards on the Pallet.
Palette down on the Ground and you Bend over every time.
Pull the pallete up with the Skid to the Level that you dont have to Bend over .
Greetings from Germany and the Harzmountains
Yours Frank

I built a guitar with Sycamore Back and Sides with a Sit-ca Spruce top. A great sounding guitar.

You might want to get tire covers for the mill before Summer. Your sun angle will eat that tire on the outside in no time. I suggest an RV store. Cheaper than new tires!

My hometown is the oldest town in Ct. We have some massive sycamores in different locations. I purchased some sycamore turning blanks from a seller in Indiana recently and first thing I looked for is to see if he quarter sawed them. Yes. Thanks for the insight Nathan

How much of the saw dust stays in the bucket? It looks like most of it ends up on the ground.
