mam i think u made the characterstic table wrong
in 1st possition there should be 'S'
in 2nd- 'R'
in 3rd-'Q'(because q is clock and clocl should be always in o, 1, 0, 1, 0, 1...)
and the truth table will be -
S R Qn Qn+1 Qn+1'
0 0 0 0 1{it will copy memory Qn}
0 0 1 1 0{it will copy memory Qn}
0 1 0 0 1
0 1 1 0 1
1 0 0 1 0
1 0 1 1 0
1 1 0 invalid
1 1 1 invalid
