Nationwide emergency alert test planned for October 4, 2023

A nationwide emergency alert test is scheduled for October 4, 2023 across all TVs, radios, and cell phones to ensure the systems work in the event of an actual emergency. It'll be clear it's a test, but if wireless emergency alerts are turned off on your cell phone, you won't get this test message.
