To celebrate this year's international women's day, the CFI takes a closer look at the Modern Literature and Culture Research Centre (MLC) at Toronto's Ryerson University. The MLC examines the lives and works of inspirational female Canadian artists and writers, such as battlefield painter Mary Riter Hamilton and Lucy Maud Montgomery, author of the Canadian classic, Anne of Green Gables.

Pour célébrer la Journée internationale de la femme, nous mettons en vedette le Modern Literature and Culture Research Centre (MLC) de la Ryerson University, à Toronto. Le centre étudie la vie et l'œuvre d'artistes et d'écrivaines canadiennes inspirantes, dont la peintre Mary Riter Hamilton, qui représente des champs de bataille après la Première Guerre mondiale, et Lucy Maud Montgomery, l'auteure d'Anne... la maison aux pignons verts.
