How to merge PDFs of different sizes and make them the same size

In this video I show you how to use Adobe Acrobat to merge two PDFs and add bleed / make the pages the same size. Try this method if KDP rejects your paperback manuscript file and tells you to add .125" (3mm) to the page width.

Thanks. Also, you can go to the print option, and change the option into 'microsoft print to pdf', that way it lets you save the file with the same sizing.

This didn't work at all!! I get the error "Page size may not be reduced". It doesn't even make sense. I just want all the pages to be the same size...

Ack! Trying to fill out DAR supplemental apps (which are a weird size and need to stay that weird size) BUT attach regular-sized records without either squishing the DAR papers OR making census records or whatever look huge enough to use as a carpet. Going to try to use advice in your video but JUST mess with the width and see if that helps. I have Acrobat DC if that makes a difference.

How do you see what sizes the desired pages are? In order to make the smallest one filled out, I need to know what size the ideal ones are?? Thanks

Thanks for the tutorial. I am working on making a book from all handwritten scanned pages. After importing or making any changes some of the pages are very small, the size they are in the organize pages view. I've tried numerous tutorials but none work. Is there a protocol for working with scanned pages? The book is 278 pages. How can I get them all to stay 8.5 by 11. Also I want to make the interior an inch smaller because some of the writing is to close to the edge and will be cut off.

I'm trying to combine two files, each with multiple pages. The first file is 8.5 x 11 pages and the 2nd file is 29 x 48. When I change their box sizes as you've shown, it makes the smaller pages of text so small they are not viewable. Is there a way to fix this?
