@cyberhawk365 Looks like both drones handle decently (FPV) and OK (Avata 2) in strong winds. You're better than me, I'm more prone to try to avoid winds. But I probably will fly in them if I have to. Great comparison!!!!

It's already well known the Avata doesn't fly well in wind. It's like driving a car through a swamp, when you already know the outcome. Plus adding "bumpers" to the Avata is counter productive. Heavier plus adds drag.

Different builds, different purposes. I have the avata2 still manageable when windy though.

They r both amazing, but avata 2 has 5 level on wind resistance that ain’t much so .. gonna be mindful out there

Wind is not the Avata 2’s strong point. It does have a much better camera and you can take it into places you would not take the DJI FPV.

DJI FPV has a much bigger jump in speed and power and doesn’t have the prop guard issue the Avata 2 has so it does much better in the wind 💨.

I would like to buy a DJI FPV, but unfortunately it has been discontinued. If DJI releases a similar one or Avata 3, I won't waste any time.

Take off the Rubber around the props and the avata will fly better

The FPV battery is 22 Volt while the Avata’s is 11 Volt.
