Thank you, Jeven. No drone-only option on the DJI website or Amazon, at the moment. I will likely wait for such option to become available. I have too many remotes as it is. Another thing I hope for is a firmware update enabling the DJI mini drones to fly without remotes. That would be great for hiking. The remote has greater volume and weight than the mini.

Are you able to set the pre programmed height distance? For example, for indoor variations of how far it'll go out, or high for video, or to take a picture? So it won't go up too high and hit the ceiling for instance.
I currently have the hover x1.

I'm trying to compare.

not giving obstacle on the back doesnt make sense at all. even on the front camera see the obstacles (like neo) but there is nothing on the back

Seen a video review of a guy flying it in follow mode and it did stop at branches but wanted to still follow the guy and ultimately did crash by hitting the limbs.
