on the 49cc i cant tell if it is shifting into 2nd does the lever move the indicator and lock into 2nd gear or do you have to hold it down all the time it is in 2nd? if so i cant feel anything different by holding on the 2nd gear lever this is very poorly explained if you have to hold say so if not say it locks in. say something definitive please .

Hey, Can you please help me i recently got my stock scooter evo 2x and it is supposed to top speed on 35 mph and its barely getting to 24 mph and im 160 pounds which is not heavy enough to make it slow. Is there any adjustment or so to do?
