In this Video, I listed a few tips to fix the performance issues such as freezing, spikes, low FPS, stuttering, lagging, fps drop. in just a few minutes, you'll be back in the game with better FPS. Sounds exciting right?
And yes it is.
The following config files can help quite a lot, If your game looks like a slideshow even with the lowest video settings, you might be able to improve performance with a dive into the low end pc's config file.
You'll be able to push the graphics lower than in-game settings allow.
It's simple to do, just download the config file, copy, replace and enjoy!!
