Worth mentioning that u should explore big flat surfaced islands. Since magic reset essence tend to spawn on those islands more. Best route is reaching the middle of insanity 3 to the middle of insanity 4 layer. And doing it over and over again. From my experience more islands would spawn near the edges of insanity layers.

Since range 5/insanity 4 has higher island modifiers and no confirmed boost dont try to find hectate there unless you also wanna find something like the epicenter

I beg of you craft either gold sky pumpkin and fish or gold sky pumpkin and golden giant greencap / pepper / garlic
These give you the longest durations and best buffs depending on if youre going for healing or energy regen

Achei realmente desnecessário ser tão raro assim, ainda mais só ser encontrada na insanidade 3+. O tempo q demora acaba compensando mais upar um slot novo caso a pessoa n tenha feita muita coisa naquele slot.
