Please join us on Friday, February 23rd from 10:00 to 11:30 am for a public presentation on the role the international community should play in restoring democracy to Venezuela. The presentation will feature OAS Secretary General Luis Almagro, Former Deputy National Security Advisor Juan Zarate, former President of Bolivia Jorge Quiroga, and Maria Corina Machado, a leader in the Venezuelan opposition.

Our panelists will discuss the current state of affairs of Venezuela's crisis, the role of the international community to increase pressure on Venezuela's regime, and the use of sanctions as a tool for that objective.

Two case studies that vzla's new leadership may need to review: Singapore for a phase 1 moral transition and Rwanda's case for a country recovery plan. We will not be able to rely anymore on oil. Full dollarization of the economy in hard currency needs to be part of the equation. Prison infrastructure needs urgent retrofit and expansion. For international justice regarding all regime fugitives and their allies and families we need a webpage for public reporting and knowledge on who lives where and full profiles on these demons.
