So it appears Meguro doing new arrangements for these tracks based on how it sounds like, Persona theme has the iconic jazz/P5 soundfont, Time Castle has the typical Meguro rock style, Maya's Theme has his iconic orchestral flair that used in Strange Journey/Catherine/Metaphor, except Snow Queen's theme which I think is arranged by Kozuka due to its usage of synths and the voice effects.
