I still don’t understand the Texas hype, they are a good team for sure, but why are we acting like they are some powerhouse now, they haven’t been the big dog in the big 12 in idk how long, they lose two of the best defensive lineman in the country, they’re also going into the sec in which they take pride in running the ball and being big up front, yes they beat Alabama but so did Tennessee the and they didn’t get this much hype from it, with this logic I don’t understand why bama wouldn’t be a heavy favorite, deboer beat them in the playoffs with nowhere near the amount of talent that is on Alabama’s roster, I see Texas going 9-3 maybe 10-2

Concerning the playoff prediction, sometimes its about the journey and not the destination Josh, that hypothetical playoff you set up would be a ton of fun to watch even IF it works out the way you laid out with that final four.
