Blade + domi. You can also use immo (so her inspire Will be used just to pop your immo). 25% Basic Attack deflected + 30% slower attack speed already annoy her. But you can also use belerick vengance to really stop her

Dom ice + Guardian helmet is perfect Karrie counter. It makes your hp stacked and slows basic attack with passive.

Blade armor+dominance ice is 2 basic tank build against physical dmg mm. Buy only one of those 2 wont be enough

As last season Honor 41 roam player whenever i played against karrie i just counter picked him but if they counter picked me with karrie then i just dont build to counter him instead i rely on my team macro, it's just dumb try to counter karrie as a tank or support roam with merely build "correctly" you got another damage to worry about, it's your assassin's job to kill, you got around 5 sec to buy time while being constantly hit

single item will not see the worth unless they're at full slot every one of them has their own purpose. especially brute force that has needed for the wearer to strike in order to activate its effect while the others are passive..
