Easy-lifter Hydra-trail hydraulic transverse trailer with wheels out of control, found out why and how to Adjust the dampening to stop it wobbling all over.
The wobble (Flutter) on the swivel castor wheels caused Vibration that was dangerous!

I've got one on these. Brilliant bit of kit. I always have front and rear strapped, no wonder it was moving about !!!

Top job but I tell you what, I'd hate to get a blow out with one of those tyres seeing how they respond when they're not perfectly set up. Having said that, I'm a worry wort when it comes to towing anything.
