I have a video idea, even though you will probably won't see this comment. I think it would be interesting to hear the bureaucratic aspects (such as company incorporation, taxes, how many separate companies you should have for your projects) of running and having a SaaS company.

Once a product you make blows up (and let's say it's your first one), how do you deal with all the legal stuff? Privacy Policies, Terms of Use and Conditions, GDPR, Refunds, Taxes, and so on. Do you have to register as a business if you made more than 2000 GPB/EUR?

I am in the U.K. and these things keep stressing me out. When do I involve myself with these things?

So for someone like yourself, that is making almost half a mil per year, how do you handle taxes and legalities for your income? Have you registered each project as a separate business or you registered your name as a business? If anyone knows, please reply below. I really want to understand more about this. Thanks!
