I have no idea what they're talking about. I don't know about the instruments, I assumed it was a bass guitar not a keyboard
But it's so exciting to see how subtle changes can have a huge impact on the sound and vibe of the song. These guys are amazing musicians..it looks like they're in an Aerospace Lab..
