I love this! So unique to his personal taste; it has a New England coastal feel, without being the same old derivative beach style we see all the time. This cat person is so happy to see the hallway full of dog portraits. A happy and comforting home. :)

OK Susanna, now THIS is my favorite house. Being a new subscriber and catching up on your videos, I found myself saying that after each one I've watched. But it's true this time. Did Ken say how old the house was? Not that I need to know. The older the house and furnishings, the more in awe I am. Seriously, I get the chills.

Edit: scratch the how old question, but not my level of excitement.
I really ought to read the description before I watch. But I get so happy when I see a Quintessence video show up in my feed that I automatically click to watch it.

One of my favourite homes, even outside of your channel here. It's not just the antiques, the cultivated atmosphere, the handmade charm and the location; it's the novelty of seeing an alternative idea of a beach house. So warm, welcoming and best of all suitable for all seasons. I can just imagine how charming and inviting this house seems when entertaining guests 'off season'. Absolutely gorgeous. I love the word "restoration". Beautiful home. I share these videos with my friends so they can realize I am not a hoarder, but a needs better organization but I love the pieces I've added-I buy them because I like them or think my family will appreciate them.
