I love Will, but what I love most about him joining the band is the amount of attention it's brought the other guys in the band. They have always been amazing, and so many people didn't care to realize until Will showed up. Will was the missing piece of the puzzle, but most people couldn't see how awesome the picture already was without that piece. These guys are crazy talented, every single one of them.
