1921 Yankee Tools Make Better Mechanics Chain Drill No.1500 North Brothers !! Milwaukee also made one.
Your Brace drill attachment was intended to be used on metal. Regular wood bits are self feeding with little pressure. When they started to make twist drills for steel, they came up with this device to self feed to keep even constant pressure.

I think this is my first comment on your of your videos but I subscribed recently and am enjoying the content, especially the flea market finds. Next time you have to unwrap tape from a handle I'd try MS before sanding it off, tends to work great on tape adhesive residue and avoids that horrible gummy sanding experience 😀

Bushings are shot in the arbor machine. You can order new ones.

Your Bluebird pliers are nut battery pliers, the hook was to lift the terminal by the cable. Not well thought out. In the 40s and 50s batteries did not have five year warranty’s more like 18 months so they were charged or maintenance quite often.

Your polisher was very popular during the 20s thur 60s. If you look at many of the houseing they had an Art Deco design Aluminum and brass were a popular decorating item. No chemicals were available and ketchup had not been invented yet. Brass beds were kept polished using lemon or tomato/ ketchup as an acid polisher with friction. There was no spray on clear lacquer finish for brass knobs or wall sconce made in brass. Aluminum was a luxury item for homes.
