22 minutes of chill FFX beats (and 2 minutes of Cloister of Trials to get your blood boiling). Apologies this one took so long but hopefully it was worth it; some of these songs game me serious trouble remixing.
Thanks again to @cozy5479 for the promo video and to everyone for listening and dropping comments.

If you have any ideas for future songs or projects leave a comment and let me know! If you liked this, sub and check the channel for more lo-Final fantasy.

I accompanied one of my good friends on a play through of FFX during the quarantine. We hopped on a PlayStation party and he would shareplay the game with me. I watched as he played. We talked about the story and analyzed the characters together. I saw the whole thing, starting from beginning, going through the grind of leveling up, finding the aeons, the celestial weapons, monster arena and fighting the dark aeons. Ultimately, we arrived to the greatest challenge that game has to offer, Penance. At the end, we both walked out with the trophy of perseverance (well, my friend did lol, I was just there for moral support, but still I witnessed the fight). Anyone out there reading this, this is a game that I truly recommend from the bottom of my heart. For gamers that enjoy story telling and character development, FFX has that and more! I feel blessed that I am alive and I was able to experience such a beautiful game with one of my bros. I hope others get a chance to play FFX and experience the unique story. You’ll never forget about it.

FFX's soundtrack really is just perfect for this kind of thing. There's so many tracks that are already super airy. Like, drifting along in an endless ocean is literally part of the cinematography several times throughout the game.

The music from final fantasy 10 is the soundtrack to me as a teenager in high school. I would run straight from getting off the bus in the afternoon to my ps2 and play this beautiful game and eat snacks in my room. It was my way of escaping my broken home. Such beautiful memories playing this on ps2.

fuck, I still remember these scenes from 18 years ago. I remember feeling a sense of wonder, wanting to know what was in spira. Why can't I feel that way about games anymore?

It's hard to believe it's been 20 years since I first played this. It's still as good as I first played it when I was 7 years old. The game is life changing, it has inspired me in so many ways throughout my life. And to grow up in the 2000's and be able to play this for the first time was magic, it was such a magic time in gaming. Thanks for making this remix, I'll remember it.

This isn't a videogame, it's a past life I lived. Also, so glad you used the original PS2 models instead of the new ones.

When i was little, me and my twin sister used to watch our brother who is 10 years older than us play this game. This and Kingdom Hearts. Hes room was filled with so many amazing and cool stuffs (crystal globes, skateboard, guitar etc) me and my sister were always so fascinated every time we would enter in his room since he didnt always give us that option cuz we were known for breaking stuff (we were 4 years old at that time) and he ofc was mad at us. So once or twice in a week he would invite us to hes room so we could sit on hes bed, be silent, and watch him play games on playstation 2. Me and my sister were so silent cuz we were afraid he will kick us out, we tried our best not to move at all just so we could watch him play the games, to me he was a hero and even now i admire him, after all he introduced me to anime and games ( we used to watch pokemon, yugi-oh and dragon ball z together at that time). This game once appeared out of nowhere cuz my mom gave him Final fantasy x as a present for hes good grades (he is an excellent student unlike me lol) and the moment he started playing this game i felt in love with the whole vibe imidiately. I may be biased since this game was a part of my childhood, however i see many people having great positive comments about this game so it shows just how much square enix made such a genuine good story. I didnt know exactly what was going on in the story in first time since english is not my native language, but music, and character designs, the world and overall experience that Ive gained while watching my brother play built my childhood, even tho my past was not that great, and we had to under some bad circumstances be separated (me and my sis were separated from our brother) . Many years later i forgot the name of the game, but managed to remember songs from Kh and FFX and after years and years of not being able to talk to my brother i finally managed to one day talk to him and ask him bout the names of those two games, and he told me. I was so happy to find out such huge piece of my past, that piece that managed to somehow save my crushed past. My brother sadly always just looked at those two games as "games" meanwhile to me they are everything. I managed to buy ps4 few years ago, and i found the remastered version of ffx (im still waiting for a remake i cant wait) and i probably played that game over 60 times by now and guess what? IT JUST NEVER GETS BORING! In every gameplay i find something new, someting interesting, every gameplay is different, it doesnt matter that i am now even able to memorize the dialogues from characters cuz to me this game and Kingdom Hearts are my everything. Im 23 years old now, im still playing those two games and more with my twin sister, we both cant let go of those games, and probably when i get old, before passing away, i want to just once more listen to the soundracks of those games and remember just how much they filled my life and saved me from life situationships. I dont often meet people that talk about this game, and i hope one day i meet partner who will be a listener to my 24h yapping about these games cuz they made me truly happy.

Holy f*ck, this video man. Hit me really hard with nostalgia, when this game was all I had to think about when coming home. Thank you so much for this.

Please never stop making art. You know how to do it tastefully but with a twist, and I absolutely love every minute of it. Thank you for everything you make.

Flame brings back so many memories. I love reliving these childhood memories!

Was anyone an RPG lover who preferred to play alone and get lost in a story?

I remember playing this game in complete darkness to help dodge enough lightning bolts to get Lulu's Celestial weapon on my CRT that was monitor burned to hell, just zoned in on this game all night. This brings me back to that safe space I didnt know existed. Thanks :]

As much as I adore the original soundtrack, this was wonderful to listen to. My favourite was Wandering Flames. :) And seeing these cutscenes with the original face models just really amped up that nostalgia factor. I love FFX so much.
