Hello! I have all my documents qualified and have received the interview appointment letter. Now I have uploaded few financial and civil documents. Now my question is do I just have to "upload" the documents only, or do I also have to click on the "submit" option to submit? The status currently states "uploaded"

Hi, USCIS approved both my wife and step son application and NVC emailed me saying that the cases were created. However, when I log in to NVC's website, Im only seeing the IV application for my wife. Will I see the IV application for my stepson after paying for my wife's IV? Or should I contact NVC to get it added to the account.

Also I applied for my wife and step son before my step son 21st birthday. My step son turned 21 while the application was still pending. USCIS approved and send the case to NVC. He will be 22 in 4 weeks, will I have issues with NVC provided that USCIS already approved and the case was submitted over 3 months before his 21st birthday?

Hi, thank you for the video. I received a message from NVC saying "please submit every 2022 W-2, 1099, and Schedule form" for my joint sponsor. My joint sponsor only has w2 and does not have 1099. I already uploaded w-2 but what do I do for 1099. Can I just ignore this if he doesn't have it?

If you have a birth certificate in Spanish and the interview is at the Costa Rican Embassy does it need to be translated and also the original in Spanish stamped showing it’s authenticity even if it has a digital code authenticating it?
