I wish I lived in Texas. I would totally schedule an appointment. I’m 41 with Hashimotos and underactive thyroid. I swear I’ve been in perimenopause since 39. My doctor says no but many symptoms are there. I started taking all the supplements you recommend. Weight loss has been near impossible since I was diagnosed with hashimotos in my early to mid thirties. I could go on and on but I won’t. I do enjoy your content! Your videos are so helpful!!! Thank you!!!❤

I am 50 and WFPB works really well for me. I also dont eat grains at all on a regular basis, (just on the odd occasion), for digestive reasons. Also cut out sugar as far as possible.

Also, there have been studies about people who work overnight shifts or who don't get enough sleep ( less than 7 hour 45 mins a day)... those people have out of whack ghrelin and leptin levels.. the hormone that makes you feel full, you have less of that. The hormone that makes you feel hungry, that increases . So getting adequate sleep also is interconnected with all of that . Check on pubmed lots on how inadequate sleep impacts blood sugar levels or can make you pre diabetic. If menopause ladies aren't getting much sleep from maybe low progesterone or hot flashes, this prob definitely contributes to the increasing fat issue

Carnivore is probably the best and the easiest if you're going through menopause. Good fats make hormones, animal protein has minerals, vitamins, aminoacids, glucose, etc. The benefit is all there. The more I study menopause for myself, the more I'm leaning towards carnivore diet, or at least keto with less than 20g carbs a day. Carbs are not our friends when our hormones are outta whack 😂

Hello Dr. Haver, I am curious what feelings you have about Saxenda for women approaching menopause with big changes in weight gain and weight loss ability. I have just started the medication and am really hopeful it helps with a variety of issues as well as helping lower my LDL which is currently 190! I feel like I am getting a reset that my body needed and my diet has improved exponentially immediately. All the sweet and fatty things I have enjoyed are no longer enjoyable at all.

Hi, I came across you channel. I'm on Aromasin it a 10 year pill, I'm suppose to take. I had stage 3 breast cancer 3 years ago. I panic when I hear about balancing out hormones levels
Can I follow your program with out effecting my estrogen level?
I know my whole body is out of wack.
I have the big belly and still feel yucky.
I'm eat healthier then I ever have & I have my own vegetable garden, working on my medical herb garden now, but I missing something. I was hoping that I could get on a program.

Hi- is there any insight you can share on CAH on cortef? It would be great to get some correlation between weight CAH hormone levels and cortisol (cortef) daily consumption. I saw another video of yours on YT where you shared some references❤
