Scope of article 226 is wider . Article 32 only covers fundamental right but article 226 covers F.R as well as other legal rights. Article 32 can be suspend by the emergency but article 226 can't be suspend during the emergency.

in article 359 president can suspended the fundamental rights during external aggression, wars, armed rebellion, and financial crisis
